NovaShield is a platform in development. These basic terms outline how you use the service. They may be updated as the platform grows.
2. Use of the service
NovaShield is intended for legitimate, transparent and consent-based player checks. Misuse, bypassing limits or disrupting the service is not allowed.
3. Your account
You are responsible for the security of your account and the activity under it. Keep your credentials private.
4. Features in development
Some features — such as Scanner V1, scan results, payments and data export/deletion — are not yet (fully) available and will be added later.
5. Availability
We do our best to keep the service available, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation while the platform is in development.

7. Intellectual property & brand
The NovaShield name, logo, design, source code and all content are protected by copyright and trademark law. Copying, cloning or reproducing the platform, its design or branding — in whole or in part, including via screenshots or AI tools — is not permitted without our prior written consent.
8. Payments & no refunds
NovaShield licenses are digital products delivered instantly. All sales are final: no refunds or chargebacks are provided. By purchasing you agree to this and waive the statutory right of withdrawal for digital content. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record.
